Shared guide and transport costs reduce the per-person price. We quote directly, state the important inclusions clearly and do not use compulsory shopping stops to subsidize the itinerary. Final pricing depends on the departure date, group size, hotel level and transport availability.

A small group follows a published route and shared timetable, making it social and cost-efficient. A private tour is arranged only for your party and offers more flexibility with dates, pace, hotels and daily sightseeing.

Our small group departures are planned for no more than 18 guests. The expected and confirmed group size for your chosen date will be stated before booking.

Adults of many ages join escorted China tours, including solo travelers, couples, friends and families. Ask us about the walking level, room arrangements and likely pace so we can match you with a suitable route.

Tell us your arrival details as early as possible. We can quote extra hotel nights, private sightseeing before the group begins or a revised transfer when schedules change, subject to availability and any additional cost.

Children are welcome on suitable departures. Pricing depends on age, room occupancy, rail or air rules and the individual itinerary, so we prepare the child quote after reviewing your family details.

We select established Chinese carriers according to the route, schedule and current availability. The operating airline and baggage allowance are confirmed when tickets are issued.

Group sightseeing works best when all guests use the same arranged hotel and departure point. Independent hotels are therefore usually not practical during the escorted section, while private extensions before or after the tour can be more flexible.

A full sightseeing day commonly runs from about 08:30 to 18:00. Seasonal opening times, transport and evening activities can change the schedule, and the guide confirms the next day’s plan in advance.
