Rows of soldiers inside the Terracotta Army excavation hall

Enjoy a suitable City Wall or old-town visit before a confirmed train to Luoyang, depending on departure time. Transfer to your hotel and keep the evening light. Major Luoyang attractions are reserved for the following full days.

Cliff carvings at Longmen Grottoes

Visit Longmen Grottoes with a guide and choose a walking route suited to your interests and comfort. The cliffside carvings deserve time rather than a brief photo stop. Add a city museum or old-street visit only if opening and energy allow.

Martial arts demonstration at the Shaolin Temple complex

Travel to the Dengfeng area for Shaolin Temple and the Pagoda Forest, using a practical route through the visitor areas. Any public martial-arts demonstration depends on the current program. Return to Luoyang for the final night.

Transfer to Luoyang’s airport or the agreed railway station. If you are leaving from Zhengzhou, a different transfer must be arranged with enough time. The final day is kept clear of distant sightseeing.
